Effective Date: 1 January 2026For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and any Balance forfeited pending investigation.
21+ Only. It is an offense to register on behalf of a minor or to allow a minor to access your Account. The Company takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates with relevant authorities where violations are identified.
The Platform is designed primarily to serve players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an active Account. The Company accepts no liability for any legal consequences that arise from a Member accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
Each Member may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. Members found to be operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended and any Balances or pending winnings forfeited. Bonuses and promotions are issued on a per-Member basis and may not be claimed through multiple accounts.
The following individuals are ineligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) employees, contractors, agents, and consultants of blek4d and its affiliates; (b) immediate family members of the above; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform under Section 7 of these Terms; and (d) individuals previously banned for breach of these Terms or fraud-related activity.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: your full legal name (matching your government-issued ID), date of birth, Indonesian phone number, active email address, and your preferred bank account details for withdrawals. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify support at [email protected] promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or email.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at the Company's discretion for deposits above defined thresholds, Members are required to complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of the following documents:
The Company will process KYC submissions within 1-3 business days. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
By registering an Account, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from blek4d via email and WhatsApp at the contact details provided during registration. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting support, though transactional messages (account activity, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts) will continue regardless of opt-out status.
The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods, with the following parameters:
All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection. The Company reserves the right to charge any fees incurred due to third-party deposit attempts back to the Member.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance automatically upon successful confirmation from your financial institution. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing times, inter-bank holidays, or technical outages at your financial institution. For deposits that do not reflect within the advertised processing window, please contact support with your transfer reference number.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. Processing times are as follows:
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a verified bank account registered in your name. The Company does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, e-wallet accounts not registered in your name, or accounts different from those used for deposit under certain fraud-prevention rules. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal per transaction, though exceptionally large withdrawals may trigger additional verification steps.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests: (a) KYC verification must be completed and approved; (b) any active Bonus Funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal of the associated real-money amount; (c) the Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries; (d) withdrawals may be delayed or suspended during active fraud or security investigations without prior notice to the Member.
The Company does not charge withdrawal fees on standard bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri accounts. Third-party processing fees, if any, are outside the Company's control and will be reflected in your bank statement from your financial institution, not from blek4d.
blek4d offers a range of promotional incentives to Members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in automatic forfei ture of the Bonus Funds portion of your Balance.
The following restrictions apply to all bonus offers on the Platform: (a) bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method; (b) bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise; (c) the Company reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a Member's Account; (d) if fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering strategies — the Company may void all associated bonuses and winnings and suspend the Account.
Members automatically participate in the blek4d loyalty program, which operates across three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tier eligibility is assessed monthly based on total real-money wagering volume during the preceding calendar month. Loyalty rewards including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and personal account manager access are outlined on the Platform's VIP Program page. The Company reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, reward rates, and program structure with reasonable advance notice to affected Members.
The Company employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotional abuse. Activities considered abusive include: placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfill wagering requirements, using bots or automated scripts to wager, and collusion between Members to exploit promotions. Detection of any such activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and a permanent ban from future promotions.
All Wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of every bet — including selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. The Company will not reverse or amend a confirmed Wager due to Member error except in cases of a verifiable technical fault on the Platform's side.
Sports betting markets on blek4d cover domestic and international competitions including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, and the FIFA World Cup, among others. Popular bet types include Asian Handicap (locally referred to as voor bola), Over/Under, 1X2, and mix parlay (accumulator betting). The Company's decision on disputed results is final after consideration of all available evidence.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform are sourced from independently operated international lottery pools including Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau markets. Draw results are published immediately after the official result is announced by the relevant lottery operator. blek4d acts as the wagering interface only and does not operate the underlying lottery draws. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device and connection are adequately secured.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining real-money Balance returned to your verified bank account, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Accounts with outstanding compliance queries may be placed on hold pending resolution before closure is finalized.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
In cases of termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, promotional winnings, or Balance amounts directly attributable to the prohibited activity. Legitimate real-money Balance not connected to fraudulent activity will be returned through the appropriate channel following investigation.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. The Company will attempt to notify the Member at the registered email address before applying an inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month to any remaining Balance. Members may reactivate their Account at any time by contacting support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations.
