blek4d collects the minimum data necessary to deliver, secure, and improve the Platform. The categories of Personal Data we collect are described below.
When you create an Account, we collect: your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, email address, and the city or region of residence you provide (for example, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Bali).
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and age-verification obligations, we collect: a copy of your government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID — KTP, or valid passport), a selfie photograph for liveness verification where required, and documentary proof of bank account ownership.
We collect the bank account details you provide for deposit and withdrawal processing, including account holder name, account number, and the name of your bank (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or others). We do not store full debit or credit card numbers on our servers. E-wallet identifiers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are stored solely for transaction routing and reconciliation purposes.
We maintain records of all financial transactions on your Account, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, Wager history, game results, bonus credits and forfeitures, and Balance adjustments. These records are maintained for the retention periods described in Section 8.
We automatically collect certain technical data when you access the Platform: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device model and identifiers, screen resolution, session duration, pages visited, and referring URL. blek4d does not sell your Personal Data to any third party. We share data only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose.
To process deposits and withdrawals, we share your name, account number, and transaction amount with your chosen Indonesian bank (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, or Bank Permata) or e-wallet operator (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). These institutions operate under their own privacy and data protection frameworks and are bound by Indonesian banking regulations.
To deliver live casino, slot, and sports betting products, we share a pseudonymous session identifier and currency balance with licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of blek4d's assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify registered Members via email at least 30 days before any such transfer, and the successor entity will be required to honor the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
Important: blek4d will never ask you to share your Account password, full ID number, or banking credentials via chat, email, or phone. Any communication making such a request is not from blek4d and should be reported to us immediately at [email protected].

The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and over. blek4d does not knowingly collect, process, or retain Personal Data belonging to individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification is a mandatory step in our KYC process, and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, with all data handled in accordance with our legal obligations.
